In The News: Drum Corps Compete In Rochester For World Champ Title

Emotions were running high on and off the field at PAETEC Park on Sunday as the top 10 drum corps from across the country and Canada competed for the world championship title.

The showdown was the culmination of the three-day annual Drum Corps Associates World Championship, which drew 3,500 musicians and more than 10,000 spectators. The Reading, Pa., Buccaneers won the championship Sunday night. Coming in second was the Minnesota Brass of St. Paul.
