Welcome To Rockford

When you get off Interstate 90 at the State Street exit in Rockford you will see the new "Home of Phantom Regiment, Drum Corps International Champion" sign. It is across the street from the Clock Tower bus stop that over the years, hundreds of members have come in to for Regiment monthly camps.

We would like to thank the City of Rockford, the Administrative Offices of the City and the Mayor’s Office for making this sign a reality. In addition to honoring our most recent DCI title, we also made sure to honor the 1996 DCI Champion corps as well.
