Carolina Crown Board Reorganized
Over the past year, the Carolina Crown Board of Directors has been focusing on improving their effectiveness as a governing body and resource engine for the organization.
As part of that initiative it was decided by the board to schedule a September strategy workshop which was facilitated by Michael Kumer of Duquesne University’s Center for Non-Profit Development. Michael led the board through one of the most exhilarating sessions the group has ever experienced, and this workshop resulted in a number of ideas that are now being implemented within the organization.
