2008 Blue Knights Awards Banquet Report

The Annual Awards Banquet held at the Four Points by Sheraton ON November 21, 2008, captured the accomplishments of the Blue Knights’ 50th year! Although filled with celebrations, the year was bittersweet with the remembrances of Becky Yarberry, former BK tour director and Percussion Ensemble member, Chris Danskin, avid Blue Knights supporter, and Debbie Blaiszik, Blue Knights volunteer.

Those present were treated to the drum corps and percussion ensemble performances at their respective World Championships via DVD. The high light of the evening was the salute to the 2008 Age Outs.
