A Special Holiday Treat From The Cadets

Just like Santa’s elves at the North Pole, the Cadets have been busy during rehearsal camps putting together their 2009 field program, “Lenny.” The corps met last weekend at Woodstown High School in Woodstown, N.J., learning the show prelude and nearly three minutes of the opener that includes some of Leonard Bernstein’s greatest works. So far, the Cadets hornline has been taught portions of Maria and Rumble, both from Bernstein’s West Side Story, and pieces of On the Waterfront.

As a holiday gift to Cadets fans, the corps wraps up a little audio taste of what was heard at camp on Dec. 12-14.
