In The News: Colts Marching To D.C. Deadline

An ages old saying goes, "the devil is in the details."

Last week, the Colts Drum and Bugle Corps learned it would march in the 2009 Presidential Inauguration Parade on Jan. 20 in Washington, D.C. The Colts are among 100 groups selected from 1,382 organizations that applied.

"When I turned in the application, it was the ultimate leap of faith. If we got selected, we really thought people would step up and give us a hand," said Greg Orwoll, the organization’s executive director. "And every indication so far is that is happening. But we took a risk, and this time of year is real challenging for us certainly because of the membership."
