In The News: Chills, Thrills For Colts At Inauguration
The experience of a lifetime began very early in the morning, before the sun rose, and ended with an unexpected traffic detour after sunset.
The members of Dubuque Colts Drum & Bugle Corps woke up at 4:30 a.m. EST Tuesday to get ready for the 56th Inaugural Parade. Within an hour they boarded buses and headed to the Pentagon for a date with the Secret Service.
