In The News: Colts Practice, Fans Play

While the Colts practiced for their date with history, their traveling fans took in the nation’s capital Monday afternoon.

Call it all work and plenty of play

The Dubuque Colts Drum & Bugle Corps spent the day practicing in breakout groups at Gallaudet University: Secondary School for the Deaf, where the band and their entourage are staying. There was no time to waste, with the clock ticking on the Colts appearance in Tuesday’s Inauguration Day Parade.
