In The News: Dubuque Colts Alumni Put On Uniform Once Again

The Dubuque Colts Drum and Bugle Corps will be at the center of the celebration Tuesday as members march in the inaugural parade.

For some, the experience is like a step back in time. This is the day Emily Pawlak never expected to happen.

"You really soak in every possible second because of course, you live under the assumption you’ll never do this again. But now you’re here again and going to put on the Colts uniform," said Emily Pawlak, Executive Director, Waterloo Symphony.
