Phil Melius Steps Down As Raiders’ Executive Director

After 9 seasons as Executive Director, following 3 seasons as a Raider Support Staff member, Phil Melius has submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors. Along with Phil, his wife Janette Melius will no longer be leading the support staff in "mom’s kitchen" with the care and feeding of the corps.

Phil & Janette have been a valuable asset to the success of the Raiders over the past 12 seasons. For this reason they will be greatly missed.

The philosophy of the Raiders has always been that no matter how long you are with the corps, you are a Raider for life and in our hearts.

Phil & Janette will always be part of the Raiders family and I am positive we shall see their smiling faces at a Raider function in the not so distant future.

I want to publicly thank them for their support, friendship and love through the years.
