Pacific Crest Board Of Directors Charts Three-Year Course

At its 2009 Annual Meeting on January 11, 2009, the Pacific Crest Youth Arts Organization Board of Directors adopted the 2009 – 2011 Strategic Plan. Under the leadership of President Rick Dissinger, a committe of Board members, staff, and alumni spent 15 months assessing, devloping, and planning for the next three years.

An important part of the process was revising the mission statement and creating a vision for the Organization. As Andrew Bermond (PC Alumni) stated, "If the mission is what we do, the vision is what we’ll look like when we get there."
