Assisting returning Corps Director, Randy W. Blackburn, are the following personnel.

A new addition to the Management team is Business Manager Mr. Larry McCrobie. Larry comes to Teal from the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle corps. This role will allow John to gain much needed experience for future endeavors in the Drum Corps community.

Debbie Swift is entering her 3rd season with the corps as the VolunTeal Coordinator. Her role is to assist and provide all information and scheduling of the parents organization to the corps for both winter and summer programs. She is the heart of the volunteers and adds much needed guidance and direction to the movement of the corps behind the scenes.

Cherie Starling has moved into the corps Office Manager for her in her 3rd season with the corps. Her functions are to keep the corps members and parents informed through emails and phone communications. She also doubles as the VolunTeal crew leader for scheduling all workers for camps and tours.
