World Gone Mad Presents The Keep Austin Loud Project

World Gone Mad, Austin’s Rock & Roll Drum Corps, brazenly presents The Keep Austin Loud Project – A Benefit Concert for the Blood and Tissue Center of Central Texas!

All drum corps individuals and ensembles are encouraged to perform at this one-of-a-kind rock club experience in the South Congress district of Austin on Saturday, May 16th. To be included in the lineup please visit http://www.keepaustinloud.net and fill out the online application before the drum corps booking deadline of March 10th, 2009.

Along with the Texas National Hardcore Guitar Solo Contest, the Circuit Breaker trophy will be awarded to the loudest acoustic performance of the night.

Why we’re rockin’: In November of 2006 World Gone Mad founder Mike Reynolds underwent fifteen hours of emergency surgery, requiring the transfusion of enough blood to sustain three healthy human bodies. Without the selfless generosity of the people of Austin he would not be alive today.

To assist in their continuous lifesaving efforts, 100% of admission funds will be donated to the Blood and Tissue Center of Central Texas at the show. Tickets are extremely limited and advance purchase is recommended.
