The Rochester Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps is pleased to announce the creation of the Rochester Crusaders Executive Planning Committee.

It is with much enthusiasm to report to the community that the Executive Planning Committee held their first meeting this past weekend at the Lodge at Woodcliff in Monroe County.

The meeting was moderated by Dana Kimberley of Danforth Development. Through SWOT analysis and other methods, the group was able to define the long term goals for the Rochester Crusaders. A plan for long term financial security was built. In addition, continued support of the arts and education to our youth within our community was discussed and a planning of a program is now in process. These endeavors will be funded through various means of effective fundraising along with partnering with individuals and organizations that share the same aspirations.
