Remaining Positions Available For Memphis Sound

Memphis Sound (now from Grand Prairie, TX) is about to embark on their final season under the original corps name. 2010 Season will see the corps in new uniforms, a new name, and the same traditions that made Memphis Sound the perennial Finalist in their division.

The corps has held rehearsals in both Memphis, TN and the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area for the 2009 season and are looking a few more recruits to round out the ranks.

2 Trumpets (one lead and one 3rd position)
2 Mellophones (one lead and one 2nd)
2 Baritones (one lead and one Euph)
1 Tuba

2 Auxiliary percussion (1 rack, 1 timpani)
3 Colorguard
1 Assistant Drum Major (Backfield Conductor)

Memphis Sound won the World Championships in 2007 for their division, and made the inaugural Open Class finals in 2008. Memphis Sound has been a finalist in their division every year since 2004.
