In The News: Drum Corps Deal In Limbo?

A deal to sell the Spartans Drum & Bugle Corps building to a health-care agency may be unraveling, as the property is now up for auction June 30.

The Spartans Drum & Bugle Corps had planned to sell the building at 73 E. Hollis St. to the nonprofit Lamprey Health Care, which hoped to move its Nashua Area Health Care Center there.

There still is a purchase and sales agreement in place on the building, although it’s uncertain now if the buyer has the financing to purchase the building, Spartans Director Paul LaFlamme said Monday.
