2009 California State Open Information

Drum corps returns to San Jose for the second time this summer as the annual California State Open Championship, featuring some of the best Open Class and All-Age corps in the United States will be hosted by the Vanguard Cadets on Saturday evening, July 18 at Yerba Buena HS in San Jose.

The "Open" will feature the host corps and current defending Open Class world champion Vanguard Cadets, as well as their closest competitor, the Blue Devil "B" corps. The San Francisco Renegades will also be competing, as well as the following corps from SoCal: Gold, Incognito, Mystikal, SoCal Dream, Velvet Knights and Impulse.
