Quite possibly the most disappointing words a drum corps fan or performer can hear at an event is, "Unfortunately, we are forced to cancel this show due to the rain and lightning …" There have already been several rainouts in just the first few weeks of the ’09 DCI Tour, and today’s Field Pass goes behind the scenes to find out what goes into the decision to cancel a show due to inclement weather.
