In The News: Band Students Learn From The Pros

Pounding drums and blaring horns thundered through M.M. Roberts Stadium Wednesday as hundreds of high school students participated in a workshop with a decorated drum and bugle corps from California.

The interactive workshop, held at the University of Southern Mississippi, was hosted by Drum Corps International – a global, marching group providing percussion entertainment and hands-on workshops from coast to coast.

Partnering with the Pride of Mississippi, Drum Corps worked with high school students across the United States during the educational workshop.
