In The News: Colts, Cadets Family For The Smiths
For Jessen Smith, involvement in the Colt Cadets is a family affair.
Jessen, 14, his mother, Crys, and his father, John, have been involved with the Colt Cadets for five years.
Jessen was first interested in joining the squad when he learned from his father, the Clear Creek-Amana band director, that his school’s band doesn’t march.
