In The News: The Legends Drum And Bugle Corps Takes 10th At World Championships

What began as a small group of Portage Central High School band members in 2001 has evolved into one of the top drum and bugle corps in the country, drawing students from around the nation and earning top awards.

The Legends Drum and Bugle Corps placed 10th at the Drum Corps International World Championships held Aug. 4 to 8 in front of 30,000 spectators in Indianapolis. Corps director Ibe Sodawalla took home the open class Director of the Year award.
