Forte Announces Satellite Rehearsals In Ohio And Virginia
Due to the overwhelming interest in Forte from the Virginia and Northeast TN/OH region, Forte announces a new program designed to help those students march in Forte for 2010.
Forte will kick things off with an audition at Brunswick HS in Brunswick, OH from 10am-4pm on Dec 12th and at Landstowne HS in Virginia Beach, VA from 10am-4pm on Dec 19th.
Starting in January, these two schools will play host to students from those regions for satellite rehearsals. Students may attend these camps IN PLACE of attendance in Dallas, TX for all but one camp. Brass and Percussion auditionees will be required to attend the March 20th Rehearsal in Dallas, TX, and Colorguard auditionees will be required to attend the April 24th Rehearsal in Dallas, TX. Drum Major auditionees can attend the Jan rehearsal at these locations, and may be asked to attend the February 20th rehearsal in Dallas, TX if they are the short list of candidates.
All students will be required to report to Texas for Move-ins in early June (June 9 Tentative Move-ins for Pre-Tour Training (ALL Percussion Only) & June 12 Tentative Move-ins for Pre-Tour Training – Tarleton State University (ALL Colorguard and Brass))
