2010 Music City December Camp Report

Wow! Just wow!!! The 2010 edition of Music City Drum and Bugle Corps had a spectacularly successful camp December 19-20. Even though several members were not in attendance due to being snowed in or were among those in New Orleans with the Middle Tennessee State band at a bowl game, the staff and members in attendance agreed this was the corps’ best camp ever! While this camp was for brass and percussion only, the returning vets and newcomers melded quickly.

The horn line produced a very mature sound as they were lead through various new exercises by the five brass instructors on hand. Caption head Brian Kackley and brass arranger Brian Diller also rehearsed "Tennessee Waltz", the corps song, and "St. Louis Blues", a chart from the 2010 production "River Sounds", with the horn line.
