2010 “A Capital Brass! Christmas” Benefit Concert

CB! is happy to announce that the 2010 “A Capital Brass! Christmas” will be presented as a Benefit Concert for St. Catherine’s Center for Children, of Albany, NY.

The Center for Children provides a comprehensive range of human services designed to offer hope, foster growth and improve the lives of the children and families.

The one-hour concert will be held on Saturday, December 4th, at 4pm, with a reception at 3pm; at the Carondolet Music Center, of St. Joseph’s Provincial House, in Latham. A wonderful venue for a great cause.

This concert represents the culmination of 3 years of development for CB!. Beginning in 2006, with a collection of jingles, augmented by a few custom arrangements, the CB! Christmas book has grown into a full collection of treasured Christmas and Hanukah favorites.

The 2010 concert will include an eclectic mix of holiday selections to celebrate the season, including: Choral Works, Gospel songs, Hymns, Carols, Folk and Pop tunes. Also, plenty of fun and a few surprises!

Proceeds from the concert with benefit St. Catherine’s Center for Children, in Memory of former staff member Bonnie Stoliker, who passed away last November. Bonnie is the late wife of Terry Stoliker; an Alumni of the Green Sabers and Interstatesmen, and a current member of the Skyliners Alumni and Capital Brass!.
