Key Poulan Talks Spartans

It was with great excitement that I heard the Spartans were returning to the field this year! The excitement doubled for me when I learned that the same team of designers and staff involved were the people from when we won the World Championships in 2004 (Medusa) and 2007 (Tarot). Yes, this same group of people who set the bar with the Spartan’s record high of 97.15 albeit 2nd place with the production of Vizier (2005).

I always felt comfortable working with the Spartans and was thrilled to have received the call this year. The New England area of the country was always one of those elusive places that I always wanted to visit and the Spartans not only gave me the opportunity to make it there but I was able to establish new friendships that will no doubt be life-long as seen by the resurrection of the corps for 2010.
