2010 DCI Salutes America Tickets On Sale

In addition to all the on-the-field excitement, the Capitol City will be abuzz leading into this competition with MENC: The National Association for Music Education’s Music Education Week. An annual series of events now in its second year, Music Education Week caters to educators from across the country with opportunities for professional development, music education advocacy, and a wide variety of concerts and other activities.

New for this year will be the Drum Corps International sponsored Marching Music Academy, which has been developed specifically for music teachers looking for ways to engage their students in marching music. The educational sessions will be led by notable Drum Corps International personalities and include a special appearance by the Phantom Regiment.
