In The News: Community Leader Will Be Missed
In 1981, the Fort Edward Lions Club named Charles Mullen "Lion of the Year."
But the biggest roar that year and for many to follow was the sound of drums and bugles at East Field in Glens Falls.
Mullen, who died on March 31, was a long-time chairman of Adirondack Drums, the local annual drum and bugle corps show.
