New Drums For Showband Marum

Last week, Showband Marum began to use their new percussion instruments. The instrumentation was supplied by Vancore Percussion Instruments from Joure – The Netherlands.

The showband has purchased five snares, two tenors, five bass drums and two marimbas. The colour of the instruments (anthracite carbon) matches Showband Marum’s uniform colours. During the presentation, the participants received an explanation from Martijn van der Kolk from Vancore about how the drums are manufactured.
