2010 Carolina Crown Spring Training Week 1 Report

A busy week it has been!!! Carolina Crown MMX moved onto Gardner Webb University on Saturday, May 22. A good percentage of the corps was present for the move-ins, as work was continued on the 2010 production A Second Chance. The weather has been mostly cooperative: a little rain, a bit of humidity and the expected North Carolina summer heat!

All sections of the corps are working extremely hard as the members learn technique, work, music, and movement (not to mention learning how to push through soreness!). Crown looks forward to the next 2 1/2 weeks that they will be at the beautiful Gardner Webb University campus before leaving on tour June 16th. We are still in need of tour volunteers to join our team, please be in touch with Moe Smith, Carolina Crown Office Manager, if you have some time to spend with us during the 2010 tour.
