The reasons for giving up a summer of leisure or part-time work to march in a drum corps are as varied as the performers themselves. As we hear in this week’s Field Pass presented by Zildjian, one rookie member of a World Class corps says he’s doing drum corps so he’ll "never be mediocre again." Dan Potter introduces us to Cascades rookie bass drummer Aaron Morton.
