Cadet’s Program Associate Offering NY Internship

Greg Lagola, The Cadets’ programming associate, is offering an internship in New York City in the fashion industry. The internship is at Rafael Cennamo Couture and will consist of helping with the production manager produce the collection in factories in New York. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to get in to the fashion business and learn the real workings of a high fashion apparel company (fittings, patternmaking techniques, and factory production).

Rafel Cennamo is an emerging high-end brand dressing celebrities such as Beyonce and Carrie Underwood, and sells to the most exclusive boutiques worldwide. The company has a store in Coral Gables, Fla., and will be opening a store on Madison Ave. in September. The internship is unpaid but the company will provide a monthly metro card depending on hours, a stipend for lunches. The hours are fairly flexible and we are willing to work around schedules.
