Hawthorne Caballeros Present 7th Annual Cabs Beach Party

Kick off the 2010 DCA Season…Kick up some sand… and join the City of Wildwood, NJ and the Hawthorne Caballeros at the 2010 Cabs Beach Party in Wildwood, NJ. The 7th Annual Cabs Beach Party will be held on Saturday, June 19th, 2010 starting at 6:30 PM at historic Maxwell Field in Wildwood, NJ.

This annual DCA competition will feature the Bushwackers from Harrison, NJ, the Buccaneers from Reading, PA, Fusion Core from Dover, NJ and the Caballeros from Hawthorne, NJ. The Hawthorne Caballeros Alumni Corps and Jersey Surf will present in exhibition.

Tickets can be purchased directly from the Hawthorne Caballeros. Reserved seating is $16.00 and General Admission is $13.00. Send payment with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

The Hawthorne Caballeros, sponsored by American Legion Post #199 in Hawthorne, are in their 64th season of competition and have amassed a remarkable host of records. They have won the DCA World Championship 9 times, the American Legion National Title 16 times, the National Dream Contest 17 times, and the New Jersey State American Legion Title 43 times. They have completed 5 undefeated seasons, consecutively in 1984 and 1985. In 1989, during DCA’s 25th Anniversary season, fans voted the Caballeros their favorite Senior Drum and Bugle Corps of all time.
