In The News: Top Drum Corps To Compete At River City Rhapsody

The La Crosse Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps will sponsor its biggest home show in 30 years next week.

River City Rhapsody will be Friday, July 16, and will feature Drum Corps International’s two hottest corps, Carolina Crown of Fort Mill, S.C., and the Bluecoats of Canton, Ohio.

It also is the first River City Rhapsody in three years in La Crosse, after a two-year renovation project at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex on the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse campus.
