The Company Takes Top Honours At BYBA Show

17th July 2010 saw a very windy Academy Brass Show at the Barnsley Football Club Training Ground, Barnsley in South Yorkshire. The Company took the gold in the Associates, closely followed by Kidsgrove Scouts (2nd place). The Black Knights (3rd) and Cheshire Cadets (4th) concluded the division.

With 19 units performing on the day, all units gave it their all and the competition was strong. Trinity SSB took 1st place in Division 1, followed by 6th Hove Scouts (2nd) and Revolution Show Corps (3rd). Although both Division 1 and Associate are judged by the same criteria and are both printed on 1 summary sheet, placings and caption wins are split into the separate divisions allowing both divisions to compare scores across the board.
