A Very Important Message From The Spirit Family

The Spirit Organization has enjoyed a successful 2010 season, and we owe a debt of gratitude to all the hard working volunteers, members and staff of the Spirit Drum and Bugle Corps who made this year possible. One sure sign of a happy and healthy drum corps, is the determination of its volunteers who work endlessly behind the scenes to put smiles on the faces of corps members. Spirit Volunteers 2010, ?Thank You? for your determination! Thank you for taking time out your busy schedules to custom fit each and every Spirit member?s uniform. Even as the summer progressed and members waistlines decreased, you were there to ?hem and take-in? ensuring that the corps members always looked their best. Thank you for waking up at 5 a.m. and sometimes even earlier, to prepare a hearty breakfast for our young brothers and sisters in Spirit. Even before you were finished serving the first meal of the day, you were already preparing a snack and lunch to encourage the members to keep pushing through their hot and physical rehearsal day. Then, as if you had not done enough, you prepared a much appreciated dinner and much anticipated after show snack that was sure to put a smile on the members? faces. Thank You!
