Scouts Announce Robert W. Smith As 2011 Brass Arranger
Chris Komnick, Executive Director, and James H. Mason, Artistic Director of the Madison Scouts are pleased to announce Robert W. Smith as Brass Arranger for the 2011 edition of the Madison Scouts.
