Troopers Add Chumley To 2011 Educational Staff

The Troopers are excited and pleased to announce the appointment of William Chumley as Program/Staff Coordinator for the 2011 season.

“William brings to the Troopers organization a wealth of expertise in the world of drum corps and pageantry arts, says Fred Morris, Director of the Troopers, ?He will be a huge asset to our design team and educational staff.?

Morris concluded, ?We look forward to the concept and design of next year?s competitive program, which is currently being produced.”
