The Troopers Drum & Bugle Corps is seeking an individual with strong interpersonal communication skills, financial management skills and personnel management experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a complex operation with the ability to be an energetic and enthusiastic ambassador for the Troopers organization.

Preferred experience includes:

Management level experience in a nonprofit organization
Prior experience with youth based organizations
Experience with and/or knowledge of the competitive Junior Drum & Bugle Corps activity or musical activities a plus.
This position requires full time residence in Casper, WY
