Glassmen Name Templin 2011 Color Guard Caption Head

The GLASSMEN are very pleased to announce the appointment of Kristy Templin as the Color Guard Caption Head for 2011!

Kristy Templin has been involved with the color guard activity for over 20 years and has taught numerous high school programs throughout the East Coast, and across the United States. She is currently the Director of the Mechanicsburg High School Winter Guard Program in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and also serves as the staff coordinator during the fall marching band season.

In addition to teaching, Kristy is an active adjudicator, adjudication trainer, and sits on the Administration Board of the Keystone Indoor Drill Association (KIDA); where she had the honor of being inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2009. She has also worked on several large outdoor productions including the Citrus Bowl half-time show, 6 ABC / Boscov’s Thanksgiving day Parade, and the Philadelphia 4th of July Parade.
