The Great Alliance of Seniors is a fun filled weekend of Drum & Bugle Corps taking place in Boston the first weekend of May 2011. There will be many corps & individuals performing during this weekend along with time to catch up with old and new friends.

At this time BU is seeking help filling out our ranks.  We have openings in ALL sections. We have members from all over the Drum Corps World sitting in with us and enjoying this beautiful weekend in Boston Massachusetts.

Returning to teach Brass & Percussion for the 6th year are Rich Red Wardlow & Wes Myers. The corps web site has the GAS Brass book @ http://www.BrooklynUnited.org Kickin Brass page.

We will be performing tunes written by Tommy Bucky Swan, Ernie Fesler, John Screech Arietano, Bill Moore & usually have Tommy Martin stop by for some pointers.

The percussion line under Wes Myers direction will entertain you with a couple of Drum solos to enhance the 2011 book.

The schedule which includes rehearsals in Brooklyn, N.Y. and one before the Great Alliance of Seniors at the Madison Elk?s located Madison, N.J. on Sunday April 10th can be viewed on the schedule page on the web site.

So please come along for the ride or sit in at anytime.

We always use music stands during our performance.

Have a Happy New Year & enjoy this hobby we all call DRUM CORPS
