In The News: 4 GJHS Students Chosen For Competitive Touring Marching Band

Baritone player Gabe Gallegos, 14, will be the youngest musician this year to join the Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps ? a professional marching band for youth ages 14-21.

The Grand Junction High School freshman will join three other GJHS students ? Chris Bock, 18, Max Houtris, 15, and Cameron Honnen, 16, all of whom made it into the competitive Troopers after a series of auditions.

In June the Troopers will begin a summer tour, performing 33 concerts in 30 states.
