When the Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps takes the field in its Old West military-style uniforms reminiscent of the 11th Ohio Cavalry that once camped near what is now Fort Caspar, the group seeks to uphold its motto — Honor. Loyalty. Dedication.
On Tuesday afternoon, the honor, loyalty and dedication the Troopers front office has shown in recent years to doing things the right way was rewarded in a big way.
