In The News: Troopers, School District Partner With Summer Band

Marching band music will be as steady as the wind in Casper this summer with the creation of the Western Wind Marching Band, a community partnership between the Troopers Drum & Bugle Corps and the Natrona County School District.

Corps director Fred Morris said Monday that the activity, for students entering grades six through 12 in the fall, has already received 103 student applications without any publicity.
