2011 Bluecoats Indy Headquarters Hotel, Banquet Information

Enjoy Championships week with Bluecoats fans, family, friends, and supporters at the Official Bluecoats Headquarters Hotel for the 2011 Drum Corps International World Championships – the Hyatt Regency in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Bluecoats have reserved a special block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis for a discounted rate of $164 per night (plus tax). Rooms are available any night from Tuesday, August 9 – Saturday, August 13. To take advantage of this offer, click here, select your check-in and check-out dates, and then enter 2011BlueCoats next to “Your Access Code” on the right side of the page. Rooms must be booked by July 11th to reserve at this rate. You can cancel any rooms without penalty until July 11th. Beginning July 12th, there is a $25 charge for each room that is cancelled. Any cancellations made after August 1 or “no shows” will be charged at the hotel’s discretion.
