Connecticut Hurricanes, Present 2011 Bridgeport Drums

Mark your calendars for June 27 as the Connecticut Hurricanes in partnership with the Boston Crusaders present Bridgeport Drums at historic Kennedy Stadium in Bridgeport, Ct. This mecca of old time drum corps will feature several World Class and Open Class DCI corps and will begin at 7:00 P.M. It will also ignite the 2011 Old School Challenge events co sponsored by the Boston Crusaders and Madison Scouts. Don’t miss this battle of two of the oldest corps in Drum Corps history! The show will also contain some exciting old time show features including the return of full retreat and a combined performance of the Boston and Madison horn lines. Celebrate and honor the traditions of the activity you grew up with at the first New England performance of the 2011 drum corps season.

Competing units include the Boston Crusaders, Madison Scouts, Crossmen, Jersey Surf, Spirit of Atlanta, Spartans, and 7th Regiment along with a special selection of DCA/Alumni corps yet to be determined.
