Changes in the way Festival Park is managed may lead the Kilties Drum and Bugle Corps to look elsewhere to hold its popular Brew Fest fundraiser.
Festival organizers said strict enforcement on how they get the alcohol for the event is making it significantly more expensive, and new rules that they can’t have glassware or home-brewed beer could push them to an out-of-town site.
