Cadets Mourn Loss Of Family Member Dorothy Helms
The Cadets family is saddened with the loss of Dorothy Marie Helms, 81, of Mamaroneck, N.Y., who passed away Sunday, May 1. Dorothy, wife of the late James Helms, was the mother of Garfield Cadets Alumnus David Helms of Wallington, N.J.
Dorothy was an active member of the American Legion Post #90 Ladies Auxiliary in Mamaroneck, an avid fan of drum and bugle corps and had a love for photography.
