It was the kind of last-day-in-April wind on the high plains that sucks the breath right out of your lungs and makes conversing nearly impossible.
So as Troopers corps director Fred Morris used a hand to hold his cowboy hat on his head on the short walk from the Fieldhouse to the Indoor Practice Facility, his gratitude to the University of Wyoming Athletics Department was actually visible.
