Colts Receive $40,000 Grant From City Of Dubuque
The Colts are one of nine local arts groups to receive an operating support grant from the City of Dubuque Arts and Culture program, which is funded with $200,000 a year in the City of Dubuque’s general operating budget.
The Colts, along with two other agencies, received the maximum $40,000 this year.
