Short Day For Cadets Before Important Show
The Cadets arrived at Invesco Field with plenty of time last night, and brass, drums and color guard went their separate ways to warm up. Then the clouds started rolling in. Lightning struck, thunder sounded immediately, and the sky opened up. Thankfully, the downpour only lasted about 15 minutes, and the show was delayed by two corps. The Cadets’ new gate time was 9:53 p.m., and everything went according to the new plan.
